FRESH_DRESSEDSacha Jenkins, Hip-Hop aficionado and head of ego trip/Mass Appeal, recently premiered his new documentary, Fresh Dressed: The Revolution Of Fashion Born On The Streets, at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.

From the funky-fresh sneakers and daring eye-wear to the chunky gold chains and doorknocker earrings, the film hones in on prominent fashion trends that helped shaped the image of Hip-Hop culture.

Throughout Fresh Dressed is commentary from iconic rap artists such a Big Daddy Kane, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams as well as Nas who also co-produced the film. Also featured are Hip-Hop fashion legends like Dapper Dan and the legendary Shirt Kings who contributed to helping the culture get its fresh together.
