vice7After taking a brief hiatus, Flint emcee Vice Carter is back at it like an addict with the release of Dre Day: A Gift For The King Of Beats which honors legendary producer/emcee/mogul Dr. Dre on the day of his 51st birthday.

On the tape, Vice shows off his lyrical and story-telling skills over six Dre-produced tracks while addressing subjects like the Flint water crisis and his city’s infamous violence to name a few.

Overall, Dre Day has a great beat selection and Vice brings extra bars for those in need. Check it out and support great Hip-Hop.
