The Dope Show

Detroit emcee Valid returns with his latest album, Mihajlo, executive produced by himself, Pig Pen of Mega Powers, and Grammy-award winners DJ Head and Tony Rizzo.

On the 11-track project, nostalgic, soulful production sets the overall tone while Valid uses unique lyrical storytelling to discuss critical topics like being too busy for love (“Time For Me”), contemplating life choices (“Stagnant”), and reflecting on the past and the future (“Tomorrow”).

Production and guest appearances on Mihajlo include some of Detroit’s finest such as Elzhi, Jessica Care Moore, Illa J, 14KT, Mahogany Jones and Dez Andres just to name a few.
